On the Beach
Herring Cove beach is a spectacular spot for sunset. We now offer nightly dinners, beer and wine for a relaxing dinner by the beach. It’s a great escape from the crowds of downtown. After 5pm, parking at Herring Cove is free – but remember – Far Land on the Beach is cash only.

This is a review for the Far Land Concession at Herring Cove…..Thank you for serving delicious food and beverages at the beach!! What a treat to actually want to eat at a beach concession! We were in food heaven this week while at Herring Cove….
Your selection is wonderful and that fact that you stay open in to the evening is so nice….What a perfect way to spend the evening watching the sunset over the water while enjoying some of your delicious food, beers and wine. Great sandwiches, fries, cakes, etc….Did not have the salads, but they looked good too. The Eggplant Fries are fabulous!…..And not to be overlooked is how well run this concession is…..and the employees are so nice!
